The Process - How does it work?
  • Survey

  • Link for testing

  • Corrections / editing

  • Going live

  • Collecting response data

  • Closing the survey

  • Full topline report

  • Response Data Export

Step 1 - Survey
You send us a document with all the questions you want to ask your respondents. If you do not want to come up with all the questions yourself, you can choose sets of questions or whole questionnaires from Bet Survey’s library. You also send us your logos, banners, corporate color codes, etc., that you want to use in the survey. We can customize the survey as much as you want to.

Step 2 – Link for testing
Based on the document you send us we will build the whole survey inside Confirmit, and send you a test link to the survey. You will then go through the survey (as many times as you want), checking that everything works and looks as you want it to.

Step 3 – Corrections/editing
If there are things you want to change/edit in the survey, you communicate this to us via email (and/or phone). We will then implement your requested changes. Through the same test link as in step 2, you test the survey again. We go back and forth like this (steps 2 and 3) until you are 100% satisfied with the survey.

Step 4 – Going live
We will then set the survey LIVE. The survey can be distributed in three ways:

1) Email invitation survey (example here is a customer satisfaction survey)
You provide us with a list of email addresses, and what email text you want to use. We will then send out one email per address. We can send reminders at any time based on their status. Together with the email addresses, you can also include information you already know about each respondent, such as gender, age, region, country, membership category, and betting amount per month. This information can be used in skip-logic in the survey, as well as in reporting.

2) Open survey (example: a clickable button, banner, link on a website)
We send you the live survey link, which you can then post on your website or anywhere else.

3) Pop-Up survey (example: market research survey)
We send you a little pop-up script, which you then include in the code of your website. The script can be set to trigger a pop-up for every n-th visitor to that webpage.

Step 5 – Collecting response data
The minute the survey goes live you will receive a link to an online report. The report will update automatically. Bookmark the report, and follow the survey’s progress from day to day.

Step 6 – Closing the survey
You decide when you want to close the survey. You do not have to decide on this before the day you actually want to take the survey “off the air”. It could be that you want to keep the survey live until you have reached a certain number of responses.

Step 7 – Full topline report
The online report (from step 5) is available default for 12 months. The report shows a table and a chart for every question in the survey. You also receive an export of all tables and charts to PowerPoint and Excel (for presentations or further analyses).

Step 8 – Response Data Export
When the survey is closed we will send a full data export to you via email. The export could be to for instance Excel and SPSS. You might want to look more closely are your data, analyzing them further and in more depth.
