1) Who Owns the Response Data?
The project itself and all collected response data are 100% your
property, and will under no circumstances be accessed by us (unless so
agreed).
2) How do people access surveys?
The interviews can be either open surveys accessible via hyperlink,
pop-up surveys, email invitation surveys, or email surveys through
log-ins.
Survey can be distributed and accessed in three ways:
a) Email invitation survey (example here is a customer
satisfaction survey)
Used when you know the email addresses of your respondents, typically
your customers or employees. We will then send out one email per address.
We can send reminders at any time based on their status.
b) Open survey (example: a clickable button, banner, link on a
website)
All respondents enter via the same open link, normally a hyperlink on a
webpage. The hyperlink could be a button that reads something like
“Customer Satisfaction Survey - Click here!”
c) Pop-Up survey (example: market research survey)
We send you a little pop-up script, which you can then post on your
website. When people visit that website, the survey pops up inside a new
window (a popup).
3) What kind of surveys does Bet Survey offer?
We offer all kinds of surveys, the most typical being…
a) BOOKIE SURVEYs aimed directly at your product, or your
existing and potential customers. Surveys here include evaluations of
your product’s user friendliness, services, contents, features, as well
as design and technology.
b) MARKET SURVEYs aimed at the betting market in general. What
does the market want? Finding out where we are today and where we are
going.
We can also set up many other types of questionnaires/surveys/interviews.
Please write to us at
mail@betsurvey.com to tell us what you have in mind, and we will
suggest solutions and discuss.
4) How complex can a survey be?
A survey can be highly sophisticated in its routing and skip-logic.
There is no limitation on the amount of questions in a survey, or the
number of respondents you want to target. Building the survey, we can:
skip irrelevant questions
hide irrelevant answers within each question
randomize order of questions
randomize order of answers within a question
use images, animation, and video if wanted inside the survey
include extra questions, which are automatically set by the system based
on what people answer in one or more questions. These extra questions
are all available in reporting, and in the export
preset question(s) to specific answer(s) before the respondent sees the
question
protect surveys with password. This means that only those who know their
password can access the survey
.. and much, much more.
If you are wondering about a specific things you want your survey to be
able to do, please write to us at
mail@betsurvey.com to tell us what you have in mind, and we
will suggest solutions, explain, and discuss.
5) Can the survey be in more than one language?
Yes indeed. The software supports more than 200 languages, also the
Asian languages. A survey can be produced in as many languages as you
like. A respondent taking the survey will see one language only.
Respondent language is normally decided by the respondent himself/herself
on the first survey page. If you are doing an email invitation survey,
you can specify language for each respondent when preparing the
respondent list (those you want to invite). If you want to do a survey
in more than one language you have to send us texts and answers of the
survey in every language (the system cannot “translate” the survey texts
and answers). Although respondents answer in different languages, all
their answers go into the same database, which means that your reports
can all be in one language (for example English) if wanted.
